At Orelia London, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it in a mailing bag or box to ensure it arrives safely back to us.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated service point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
